The Internet Is Fighting Over A Confusing Photo Again

The internet's mind has been blown again.  First there was the dress, then the shoe, now this little rascal water baby. While some people insist the photo captures the moment a little girl makes a splash in shallow water, others are convinced that the child is actually under water surrounded by bubbles. The image was posted to Reddit alongside the caption: "This girl looks like she's underwater and jumping into water at the same time." While many insist that the child's face and the colouring of the photo suggest she is underwater, the general consensus is that her hair gives away the fact that she is not under the water.
