Cult favourite The IT Crowd is to be remade for US audiences.
According to Digital Spy, The Peacock Network has commissioned an adapted pilot from Scrubs and Cougar Town creator Bill Lawrence, who will be working with Community‘s Neil Goldman and Garrett Donovan.
This is the second time that the series, which originally starred Chris O’Dowd, will be adapted in the US.
NBC previously produced a version starring Joel McHale, Jessica St Clair and Rocky Carroll but plans to commission a full season were later abandoned.
