A video of a drunken Irish brawl outside an Aussie pub has gone viral on the internet.
The footage, recorded last Sunday and published on YouTube on the same day, shows a fight on the streets of Perth.
The brawl lasts for a couple of minutes and includes up to a dozen people, including one woman. It ended when a police officer arrived.
The video, which has been viewed nearly 20,000 times, is the latest incident of Irish emigrants behaving badly in Oz.
It was only last May when Australian police ordered a crackdown on the drunken Irish workers causing chaos in the city.
Inspector Paul Steel warned: “It is clear that there are some significant differences in the policing of licensed premises in Australia to those in Ireland.
“Young people have been warned that if they don’t abide by the law their visas will be investigated and they could face possible deportation."
In response, St Finbarr’s GAA club sent an email to members stating that police are “extremely unhappy and appalled by the antisocial behaviour which is taking place all too often on the streets and in the pubs across Perth”.
