There’s a Home Alone hotel package and we’re booking in now

We were always a little jealous of Kevin McCallister growing up – you know, besides the parental neglect and constant attacks on his life by strange men. That kid always seemed to make the best of a bad situation, and for a few hours, we were invited to join him on his adventures. Well, you can now have the full Kevin experience thanks to The Plaza Hotel. You know the one. The hotel Kevin had the time of his life in when his parents forgot about him the second time around (seriously?). Well, The Plaza is now offering a Home Alone package that’s based on Kevin’s time in Home Alone 2. The package includes everything in-room presents like backpacks, a 90s-inspired menu and a tour through the city, visiting all the spots Kevin did in the film. And for those legal to drink in the states, the hotel turns lunchbox juices into cocktails – hurrah! There’s even an Anniversary Room Package that includes all five films (although, who watches past the second one) and a complimentary ice cream sundae cart served in your room. However, the package doesn’t come cheap – available from December 1, prices start at $895.
