This is how you win at life.

Screw a mortgage, a husband or any of those things that people praise other people for doing. This video, if you’re willing to let it, will change your life.

Experienced traveller Rachel Grant is essentially the Simone Biles of bag packing. She has done the unthinkable, conquered what was previously considered unconquerable. Am I being hyperbolic? Possibly. You’re going to have to watch to find out.

Rachel has somehow managed to fit over 100 items of varying size- clothing, shoes, make-up and jewellery into a hand luggage sized suitcase. Yup, you read that right. She has almost a month worth of clothes stuffed into a bag that us mere mortals would fill up for two days.

Packing

What’s more is that she does it in a seriously impressive amount of time. In the space of a few minutes she clears up an entire bedroom full of haul and expertly rolls, folds and stuffs her way to packing guru status.

We seriously advise holiday goers, festival goers or people who have to travel a lot for work to check this video out.

Think of the money you could save on extra bag charges. Or the relative ease with which you can slip around the airport with only handlugge, safe in the knowledge that all your essentials are with you.

Packing 2

Wave bye bye to baggage collection and breeze like a goddess into a nearby taxi, scoffing at the poor sods who are not as evolved as you.

Here are some of Rachel’s top tips to packing success. You will need:

  • Elastic bands, packing cubes and a few ziplock bags.
  • You’ll then need to roll up your clothes, so bring lightweight material if possible.
  • Fill up your shoes with socks, every ounce of space is crucial.
  • Use elastic bands to tie your shoes together making them more compact.
  • Similar shaped clothes should go together, the packing cubes will help keep clothes more compact.
  • Put the heavier items such as towels and coats at the bottom.

And there you have, in no time you’ll be just as adept as Rachel. Watch the YouTube video below
