A personal trainer recommends adding one disgusting thing to smoothies for energy

We’ve definitely never heard of this before.

When it comes to trying to be healthy, we know of plenty of foods that can aid you in slimming down and getting leaner – whether it be for breakfast or changing your diet.

If you’re the type to drink smoothies for breakfast, there have been tonnes of recommendations of ingredients to put in your drink to get the most out of it, like crushed ginger or chilli to keep the colds and flu away and have you feeling your best.

But one recommendation we’ve definitely never heard of before comes from a personal trainer and blogger by the name of Tracy Kiss.

According to METRO, the vegan mum of two has sworn by one particular ingredient to give you energy and boost immunity – which is semen.

The 29-year-old fitness fanatic has sperm delivered to her, from her male best friend three times a week, with which she makes smoothies to drink every morning before her busy day.

Adding the sperm to smoothies with other ingredients such as nuts, bananas and almond milk, has given the blogger an extra pep in her step.

“I’d been feeling run down and had no energy, but now I’m full of beans and my mood has improved.”

Tracy has said that sperm contains plenty of minerals and vitamins, like vitamin B12 which has boosted her good moods and made her feel stronger.

When asked about the taste of her spunky smoothies, Tracy confessed it differed everyday, depending on what foods her friend was consuming.

“Every batch tastes different, depending on what he’s been eating…

“If he’s been drinking alcohol or eaten something particularly pungent like asparagus, I ask him to give me a heads up so I know not to drink it neat.

“Things like pineapple and peppermint make it taste better, but I’ll happily take it straight off a spoon usually.”
