This 2-minute video shows you how to pack way, way more stuff in a suitcase

Packing a case for any kind of holiday or weekend break can do your head in.

Personally, I've always been a fan of the old 'rolling technique' - balling up T-shirts, jeans, trousers and shirts so that they're more compact - but I'm always on the lookout for suggestions on how to efficiently cram more crap into my carry-on. This video, posted on the Facebook page of an unnamed woman who goes by Anacleto, demonstrates a weird folding technique that seemingly can get over two dozen items of clothing into a small case that you can take on board the plane. She starts by laying out some shirts and sweaters in opposite directions, but with the sleeves overlapping.

After arranging some 10 or 11 shirts like this, she put three pairs of trousers over the top of the sleeves.

Socks and underwear are then lined up along the length of the overlapping sleeves and trousers.

That's when all the folding over and swaddling starts.

Eventually she's left with a tight bundle of clothes - about 25 items - that's no bigger than the average pillow.

  And it fits perfectly into her tiny case.     Now, this method is by no means perfect: as more than a few commenters on her page have pointed out, this method leaves no space in the case for shoes or toiletries.
