Cork: Grab some brunch at the English Market before heading for a wander around Fota Wildlife Park, finished with the ultimate tourist experience - a trip to Blarney Castle to kiss the Blarney Stone.
Galway: If the weather is good (for once), pick up a feast at St Nicholas' Market and sit by the Spanish Arch for a picnic. Next, off to the Galway City Museum to see the latest exhibits before seeing the city in a whole new light with an open top bus tour. Finish with a hot whiskey and an evening of people watching outside Neachtains.
Limerick: King John's Castle is a must see so that's first on the list, followed by a trip to the Hunt Museum to see the fantastic Faces of Limerick exhibition and then catch a show at the Limetree Theatre.
