A clinical psychologist, Lisa Blum, once said: “Fights can be really healthy, and an important form of communication and clearing the air.”
In other words, as long as you and your other half are communicating (whether it’s heated or not) and come to some sort of a resolution (followed by make-up sex of course), then you are in a good place.
