Customers of mobile network Three have taken to Twitter to complain about service as people experience signal loss throughout the country.
The network suffered intermittent outage across Ireland this afternoon, affecting more than 100,000 people.
The company took to its Twitter page to acknowledge the issue which began at about 1pm.
They wrote: “We’re aware of the situation and our engineers are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.”
A spokesperson for the network told The Independent that the problem is affecting 5- 6 per cent of its approximately two million customers.
According to the publication, three engineers have identified the problem and are working to fix it as soon as possible.
