Tulisa didn’t hold back on Twitter at the weekend after Alan Sugar used the micro-blogging machine to brand the singer talentless.
The Apprentice boss went online during Saturday’s ‘X-Factor’ launch show to question why the N-Dubz singer was on the show’s judging panel.
Referring to Tulisa as “that bird” he asked his followers what qualifications she had to be a judge. As of this morning, the comment had been tweeted 5,059 times.
But it didn’t take long for Tulisa to hit back at the entrepreneur.
Tulisa branded him a bitter “tw*t” and claimed the 65-year-old had been bad-mouthing her since last year.
Sugar tweeted; “Can you tell me who the hell this Tulisa bird is on ‘X-Factor’. What has she done?
“This Tulisa talk is nonsense on ‘X-Factor’, what qualifications does she have to judge singing talent?”
“Please advise me where I am missing the point.
“I am the first person to spot talent. She has none.”

Tulisa quickly showed she wasn’t going to back down. The 24-year-old wrote; “As someone that came from nothing to something maybe you should have a little respect for people who have done the same.
“I have grafted from the age of 11 with my band NDUBZ, we wrote and produced all our own music, sold 3 platinum albums, 3 sell-out tours.
“The last being an arena tour and a number 1 debut single!
“I have worked my bloody ass off!
“So mr lord of judgement stick to judging on the Apprentice and I’ll stick to what I know MUSIC #itsaNOfromme.”
It seems Tulisa may have deleted the tweets as they cannot be found on her Twitter account this morning. She followed up her rant with an apology to her followers, however, saying; “Soz bout that tweet peeps.
“But that tw*t has been bad-mouthing me since last year!”

However, Sugar was determined to have the last word in the Twitter spat and said; “What do you know? That is the point.
“Don’t insult me by comparing my humble beginnings to yours.”
Well, just another weekend of celebrities on Twitter…
