The resemblance is uncanny, really.
Chris Evans is many things: actor, director, devoted NFL fan, Captain America...and a golden retriever.
At least, according to one Twitter account.
The account - which can be found at
@retrievans - was set up to specifically unearth the Marvel actor's resemblance to the beloved pooches.
There are 16 tweets at the time of writing and, well, the resemblances are just uncanny.

Basically, the account - which operates similarly to
@tessasgoats - posts side-by-side photos of Evans looking awfully similar to a golden retriever.
The pictures are taken from his various roles, set photos, magazine photoshoots...just about anywhere, really.

The person behind the account explained to
Mashable that they were inspired by the actor's "nature in general", which reminded them a lot of golden retrievers.
The account has more than 35,000 followers at the time of writing - and the number just seems to be growing and growing.
