Mitchell Shibecki skyrocketed to viral fame recently as he was snapped devouring an entire watermelon, INCLUDING the skin while watching a cricket game in Melbourne.
Mashable reported that Shibecki was caught on the big screen at the Women’s Big Bash cricket match this past Saturday.
Twitter obviously then latched onto the child as an example of true dedication and determination and turned him into a meme with some very funny results.

Dear #watermelonboy you have inspired me to go to my local green grocer to get me some @tensporttv pic.twitter.com/PJEVmmUhRM

Shibecki later told Australian media: “I’ve seen people do weird stuff and they got on the big screen and I thought I might do it myself.”
That’s one web-savvy child. The next generation are already adept at creating their own brands, and we should all be very afraid.
He’s the hero we all need right now.
