We were quite surprised when we came across this video of 73-year-old Sulo Karjalainen.
Known to many as the “bearman”, this man has an incredible bond with bears.
The Finnish native runs Kuusamo Large Canivore Centre with his brother Jalo where they look after orphaned brown bears - To date the centre has been home to more than 20 bears.
After working on a research project Sulo was asked if he could take in cubs and the rest they say is history.

Adult brown bears generally weigh between 100 and 635kg and Sulo has become a celebrity in his homeland due to his incredible relationship with the large predators. The Fin is currently looking after six bears.
