The humble club is now a byword for excellence, thanks in no small measure to The Katie Effect.
Everything Ms. Taylor touches turns to gold, it seems, so we were thrilled to get a little look behind the scenes and experience first-hand what an hour under the director of Pete Taylor feels like.
It's fair to say we had no idea what we were letting ourselves in for.
After an hour of hard graft that left us in agony for a week, (really), we sat down for a head to head with Ireland's premier sports personality and ambassador. She is as softly spoken as ever, but that quiet, cool exterior belies a core of steel.
As our mammies might say, she's some woman for one woman!
And if you fancy your chances at that workout, check out Taylor Made Training. Tell them Her.ie sent you.
