VIDEO: Irish J1 Students on the Lash with Ed Sheeran

Here at Her.ie we have very fond memories of our J1 experiences, and we imagine these Irish lads will feel the same in years to come. 

Pádraic Cunningham and Trevor English are spending the summer in the US with a group of mates. Recently, the group headed out for a night on the tiles in the homestead of the Fresh Prince, Philadelphia.

After giving up on one busy spot when a member of the group couldn't get in, they opted for “a fairly quiet looking bar”, and ordered shots.

Talking to our bros over at JOE.ie, Cunnigham said; “After the first round, one the lads walks out of the toilet and goes, ‘Lads, I just took a piss with Ed Sheeran,’ in pure shock.” 

He added: “We didn’t have a clue what he was on about until we looked over at the pool table and Ed Sheeran was there playing pool with a bird and another lad, with literally no one in the bar having a clue who he was,” Pádraic told JOE.

So, one of the lads went over to Ed to ask him if he was up for a few shots. “That’s when shit started going down,” Pádraic said.

Video evidence of the session above, and it looks as though Sheeran enjoyed himself too, as the lads ended up bagging front row tickets to his gig. Nice work if you can get it.
