A video which was posted to YouTube recently is causing massive controversy online as it appears to show a hotel cleaner checking out what’s been left out on display by the room’s occupant.
Posted on Saturday, the video is captioned, “This happened on the 5
th of November, 2014. I was staying at a brand-named hotel and I kept all of my items laid out in my room. Not anymore though.”
The hidden camera appears to show a cleaner of the hotel going through the guest’s luggage, trying to access their laptop and tablet and seemingly just having a good look through their belongings. There is no evidence that any theft or damage to the property took place.
“Keep you’re (sic) items hidden in the trunk of a car or at least hidden from view!” the owner of the video advises.
