Wedding planner explains the obvious sign that a marriage won’t last

When it comes to organising a wedding, there are certain people that will get to know the couple in the run-up to the big day.

If you have a wedding planner, he or she will meet you and your other half a number of times before the wedding to make sure that things run smoothly on the day itself.

This means they’ll get to see you when you’re excited (at the beginning), stressed (in the middle) and insanely delighted with life (at the end, well that’s the plan anyway).

A number of wedding planners have shared their insider knowledge and there are some major revelations.

In conversation with Huffington Post, eight wedding co-ordinators revealed some of the insider knowledge they’ve picked up from working with couples.

One revelation is pretty dark and we can imagine if you were getting married, you’d be pretty annoyed if this happened.

Apparently, some couples make sneak decisions about the wedding without telling each other and can you imagine the drama?

It happens though according to Regina Young, owner at Meant2Be Events, an events-based company in Arizona.

Regina explained that an obvious “red flag” always stands out for her…when the bride and groom can’t reach a compromise on even the tiniest detail.

“On one occasion, I had a bride change half of the music directly with the band instead of going with the list that the groom had compiled with her help. The groom was so upset thinking the band had played the wrong song for their first dance, he walked off the dance floor to yell at the vendor.

“This, of course, ruined the moment and the photos. It was only then that he realized his wife had gone behind his back to make those changes”.

Yikes, we can see how this would lead to a multitude of problems.
