Weekend Roundup – 10 Things Her.ie Loved This Week

These are a few of our favourite things… this week at least.  ___________________________________ A Skull in Connemara Michelle decided her life was lacking a little culture this week and headed to The Gaiety to see Martin Mc Donagh's A Skull in Connemara. Decadent  Theatre Company did the darkly comic masterpiece proud, with incredible performances from Garrett Keogh, Maria McDermottroe, Patrick Ryan and Jarlath Tivnan. The play runs until February 2nd at the venue and comes highly recommended, get there in the next few days if at all possible! Rugby Talk with ROG Despite the fact that she’s a hardcore Manchester United fan and he supports Liverpool, Rebecca had a good old chinwag with the one and only Ronan O’Gara this week. As well as the Premier League title race, they also chatted about his impressive rugby career as well as his role as an ambassador for Viviscal. Viva Las Vegas Sue is particularly delighted this week as she has booked a holiday to Los Angeles and Las Vegas this September. She's never been to LA or Vegas and is pretty excited about all the tours. And the weather. And the famous people. Seaweed Organic Goodness This week Grace paid a visit to the gorgeous boutique hotel, The Dylan, to meet the lovely ladies from Voya Beauty. The morning was spent chatting to the lovely Holly from the award winning organic beauty brand, and the new face of Voya, Katie McAnena. Grace didn't leave empty handed, coming back to office with a fantastic gift bag filled with amazing seaweed organic goodies. Dreamy Dresses Cathy is obsessing over the gorgeous collections from Haute Couture Paris Fashion Week. While they were all stunning in their own right, she has a love for all things pretty so she's lusting after the Elie Saab and Zuhair Murad new lines. Dreamy dresses but at those prices, they're likely to stay in her dreams! Great news, we've joined Instagram! Words of Wisdom Cute Emergencies Grace introduced the Her team to the Cute Emergency Twitter account and Cathy is in her element. Cute puppies make her go "awwwwww". Living in Dublin means she really misses her King Charles Bailey at home in Galway but these images are a great substitute.
