Not only is Louis Walsh leaving The X Factor but he has revealed that he is going to be a contestant on rival show Strictly Come Dancing.
That’s right, the 61-year-old is set to leave the music behind after he completes his 10th year (this year) on the show.
The X Factor judge is said to be leaving after this year's series.
According to multiple reports he said: “I am going to be a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing. But I am saying no more than that.”
As well as creating a potential rift between him and his long-time buddy Simon Cowell, the move would see Louis teaming up with Bruce Forsyth with whom he was involved in a spat with last year.
We have to admit we'd love to see Louis attempt this!

But as much as we’d love to see Robbie on X Factor and Louis trying to salsa, we’re taking this all with a pinch of salt. After all, it wouldn’t be the first time he has said something for the fun of it!
