This will make you think twice about using the seat tray when you next travel on an aeroplane.
Allison Hope, a Refinery 29contributor and a former airline employee, recently penned a piece where she talked about trade secrets of airlines.
She recommends staying away from the 'gross' food and that certian numbers are seen as unlucky but it's the seat tray information that really got us.
Allison says they aren't cleaned as frequently as you would hope and to make matters worse, they're often used as nappy changing facilities.
We often use the tray for magazines or to put an iPad/laptop on or simply a resting place for your tea/coffee/water.
