We love ice cream and we enjoy a glass of wine but now a company in New York has brought those two wonderful things together to create wine ice cream.
That’s right, wine ice cream is now a thing and it contains five per cent alcohol (which means you should consume responsibly if you find yourself in possession of a tub or two).
According to Metro, Mercer’s Dairy created the concept and there are eight different flavours including Peach White Zinfandel and Chocolate Cabernet (we really like the sound of THAT one).
While that’s all well and good, it is only available in the US but we have faith that it will eventually arrive here… failing that, we’re happy to take a trip across the Atlantic!
