X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne already has plans for what she’ll be doing once she leaves the TV show after this series.
Mrs. O is trying her hand at writing and will be penning a children’s book for Disney. The title of her book is “Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Mama Hook Knows Best” and is based on a TV character that she already voices.
The story will be set within the same storyline of the series and will focus on Mama Hook’s sea adventures. The show, that launched in 2011, has earned 2 Emmy nominations.
"I have such a wonderful time playing Mama Hook on Jake and the Never Land Pirates," she said, according to Digital Spy.
"To be able to take that role to the book world and share Mama Hook's stories with families around the world is an honour. I hope kids enjoy reading Mama Hook's pirate tales and continue to fall in love with her, just as I have”.
Osbourne is partnering with Disney Publishing Worldwide and Parragon Books and it is expected the book will be released next summer.
