X Factor Will Start New Season With Rows over a Controversial Contestant

X Factor will kick off with a bang as the show’s judges have been arguing over a controversial contestant who has connections with Tulisa Contostavlos.

Jaya, 23, met the X Factor judge when she toured with N Dubz in 2009 and bosses are concerned she has an unfair advantage.

The singer auditioned for the hit TV3 show earlier this year in London’s O2 arena.

However X Factor bosses are concerned that this singer not only has connections with Tulisa but also knows Tinie Tempah and Peter Andre who are both set to appear on the show as guest mentors.

Jaya has also released a single, DJ Do it Again, which peaked at Number 2 on the MTV dance chart.

The singer’s website states: “Jaya has already found her set of celebrity fans in the form of urban pop leaders N-Dubz and Tinie Tempah who featured on her DJ remix.

Jay’s friend said she views X Factor as her big break but said viewers might not take too kindly to knowing she has already toured with N-Dubz.

X Factor insiders have denied that Jaya’s connections have given her an unfair advantage.

“She has performed on the same bill as N Dubz but Tulisa doesn’t know her.”

The show is set to return to our screens on Saturday.
