X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos has admitted that the rows that happen amongst the judging panel don’t continue after the show.
The singer-turned-talent-show-judge has revealed that while emotions run high during the live shows, there is no bad blood backstage.
She said: “Everyone gets really competitive and all morals go out the window for some people.” But apparently, it ends when the cameras stop rolling.
“If we have an argument on the panel, when I come off Gary Barlow will says, ‘You alright?’ and we just grin at each other. You don’t need to bring it backstage,” explained Tulisa.

Tulisa and Gary have been on the panel for the last two years together.
However the former N-Dubz star confessed that this wasn’t necessarily the case last year between her and Kelly Rowland.
“Obviously with me and Kelly, there were times when it went backstage and we wouldn’t talk, which was unfortunate. It didn’t bother me though,” she told We Love Pop.
Kelly, who left the programme after just one series, was replaced by Nicole Sherzinger on this year's show.

There were rumours last year that Tulisa and Kelly didn't get along.
So far, Gary Barlow and Louis Walsh have had the biggest bust-up which lead to the Take That singer threatening to walk.
But with over a month to go until the final we’re sure there will be a few more heated exchanges for us to enjoy. Bring on the drama!
