Oh hello GORGEOUS!
So last week, Brown Thomas opened their Christmas shop; Selfridges did the same the week before.
We KNOW, it’s only August, and this does seem a bit outrageous, but here we are.
It seems as though the festive season starts earlier and earlier every year.
Which might explain why the first fancy Advent Calendars for 2019 are rolling in, and we’re buying them immediately.
It’s never too early in my eyes, which is why I’m so excited.
Introducing: the Yankee Candle Advent calendar for 2019.
Yankee Candle Advent Wreath is a wreath-shaped calendar featuring 24 doors all with tea lights hidden behind in eight of Yankee’s brand new Christmas scents.

These include new offerings Pomegranate Gin Fizz, Candlelit Cabin, Evergreen Mist, After Sledding, and returning favourites Cinnamon Stick, Christmas Cookie, Snowflake Cookie and Christmas Magic.
If you get your hands on the calendar, you will also get a glass tea light holder behind one of the doors – that way you can burn all 24 tea lights.
The Yankee Candle Advent Wreath costs €30, which is pretty darn reasonable we must admit.
If you are a big lover of all things Yankee, then I have even more good news!
For the festive season this year, there will also be a Candle Advent Book.
Coming in a fold-out book design, this baby features the usual 24 doors, but it will be a mixture of tea lights and votive candles.
The yankee candle advent calendar book is about €10 more expensive btw.
