Your Instagram feed is about to look very different

We can't decide if this is good or bad news...

Instagram recently revealed their new logo which left a lot of fans less than impressed, and the imaging app is about to change once again. According to reports, Instagram is set to mimic our Facebook timelines from now on. The photo app is going to abide by an algorithmic timeline, offering you posts you would be more likely to seek out rather than the newest images uploaded.

In a new blog post, Instagram outlined how the algorithmic approach was announced in March this year but the move left many Instagram users worried their posts would go unnoticed. From June onwards, it's reported all users will now avail of the non-chronological timeline. Much like the arrival of the new logo, the news that another aspect of Instagram  has divided opinion among the app's users.
