Can you still pass Junior Cert-level Maths?

How do your number skills add up?

Rich Cooper

“But Miss, when are we ever going to use this in real life?”

Right now, that’s when. School was a long time ago for most of us, but how much of that knowledge have you actually retained? These questions are all taken from official past papers for GCSE Maths in the UK – the equivalent of our Junior Cert – and cover Statistics, Algebra and Geometry.

You may use paper a pen and paper to perform calculations, but you don’t have to show your working, because you can’t. You have as much time as it takes to answer the 15 questions.

You may begin.
