Accordion to research, very few people notice musical instruments in headlines

Ciara Knight

This is a breaking news story.

The Institute of Research has released an alarming statistic this morning, one that we are still trying to get our dainty little heads around.

Accordion to their in depth research and analysis, only a small portion of the population have the ability to recognise the presence of a musical instrument in a standard headline, or even a regular sentence such as this.

Upon a second inspection, a large percentage of people will realise the presence of the instrument. Tragically, some may require several further inspections, and ultimately the assistance of others to point out the blatantly obvious musical instrument. Those particular people are known (scientifically) as morons.

That’s it. That’s the joke. Sorry for wasting your time.
