Limerick Literary Festival
Held in honour of Limerick writer, Kate O'Brien, this annual event celebrates her life and works. The festival will feature readings, conversations, a conference on the 'literature of loss' (with speakers including Eugene O'Brien and Joe O'Connor) and a literary prize award for aspiring writers out there. Previous years have seen renowned authors, novelists, critics, playwrights, journalists and poets of international status attend and the 2015 festival edition promises to be as varied as the previous editions.
