A lorry driver is making headlines this week as video footage, which captures him making a dangerous u-turn on a motorway, has been released.
The video shows how the driver appears to have gone the wrong way down an exit road on the motorway. The driver pulls into the side as cars exiting the motorway pass him by. However, once the traffic calms down a bit, the lorry then swings around into a u-turn.
The incident took place on the M6 motorway in Staffordshire in England and the driver was brought to court for the illegal manoeuvre where he was sentenced to 15 weeks in prison which was suspended for two years. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.
