For one man, it was only a matter of time before this Australian man was going to live up to his name.
Cham Payne was sentenced to a 14-month jail sentence this week after assaulting a man by smashing a beer bottle over his head.
A court heard how the 18-year old broken the beer bottle over the head after an argument broke out between two families in New South Wales.
A group watching nearby said a crowd chased the teen following the incident, where he wielded a long knife at the group.
Sentencing Mr Payne, Magistrate Tony Murray said:
“This is a bad example of these type of matters.”
