Beauty Queen Stripped Of Crown After Refusing To Accept Breast Enhancement From Pageant Organisers

A beauty queen, who was last week accused of stealing a crown worth $100,000, has said she was stripped of her title after refusing to accept a breast enhancement procedure from organisers. The organisers of the Miss Asia Pacific World 2014 competition in Seoul had previously claimed that May Myat Noe had “lied” to them and didn’t show them respect after winning the competition before taking flight with her tiara. However, according to Jezebel, Noe has now revealed that the reason she was stripped of her title was that she turned down an offer to buy her breast implants and vowed that she would not return her crown until she received an official apology for her treatment.

"I won't give it back to the Koreans unless they apologize. Not just to me but my country for giving it a bad image. I'm not even proud of this crown... I don't want a crown from an organization with such a bad reputation."

David Kim, the media director of Miss Asia Pacific World, branded the 18-year-old "dishonest and unappreciative". "We thought she should be more beautiful... so as soon as she arrived we sent her to the hospital to operate on her breasts... It's our responsibility. If she has no good nose, then maybe, if she likes, we can operate on her nose. If it's breasts, then breasts," he said previously.
