A cheerleader is suing her squad claiming that her coach taped her skin back and called her “skinny-fat.”

Angelina Rosa has said that her coach used duct tape to hold her skin back after threatening to cut her from the Houston Texans squad.

She said the tape was used before a big game to make her skin look more taught.

Rosa told NBC:

“Before I knew it, Texans logo duct tape was found and I heard, “This will hurt a bit,” as I watched my skin being pulled stretched and taped.

“My skin was being torn.”

The coach also allegedly called Rosa “skinny-fat” meaning that she is “slim but not toned” and subjected her to other forms of body shaming.

Rosa said that she was “belittled” on numerous occasions and that she felt “ashamed of my own body.”

Following the initial incident, the cheerleader said she began starving herself, only eating popcorn and water to “improve” her body.

Rosa is suing the Houston Texans squad along with four other women who have claimed they were underpaid at home and not paid at all during overseas trips.

The Houston Texans have yet to respond to the allegations.
