Hearing wedding bells? This boss will foot the bill.
A CEO in America has come up with an innovative way to keep his employees happy. He's created a fund that helps people pay for their weddings as well as providing support for his employee's kids to go to college.
I know, it sounds too good to be true.
According to CNBC Chieh Huang, the CEO of Boxed.com, donates part of his salary as CEO and Founder to a nonprofit foundation that then gives the money to the employees.
Full-time employees can get up to $20,000 for use towards a wedding, the amount given to help with college tuition was not disclosed.
The company also holds 'Summer Fridays' where they allow employees to take a half day or let them work from home entirely as productivity is so low during the summer months.
Check out this emotional moment when the CEO told his employees about the fund:
That's a pretty cool boss!
