Dublin Zoo is giving people FREE entry tomorrow…but only if you’re this age

If you are set to turn the big 4-0 this year (or already have) Dublin Zoo have a special gift for you!

To celebrate Sibu the Orangutan Turning 40, Dublin Zoo are allowing anyone who was born in 1978 (like Sibu), free entry tomorrow, November 24.

That’s a nice little birthday treat!

 

To celebrate Dublin Zoo resident, Sibu, reaching the ripe age of 40, the zoo is giving free admission this Saturday to all members of the public that are turning or have already turned 40 years old this year.

Not only that but if you want to make it a family occasion kid’s entry will be half price!

Established in 1830 and opened the following year, the zoo spans over 28 hectares of Dublin’s Phoenix Park and is divided into areas such as the Asian Forests, Orangutan Forest and The Kaziranga.

On the day you can look forward to Sibu themed arts and crafts, an extra special keeper talk, orangutan games and a fundraising collection for Dublin Zoo’s conservation partners the Orangutan Foundation.

Those wishing to avail of free entry are required to bring ID to prove that they were born in 1978 and all children’s tickets must be bought at the ticket office of Dublin Zoo rather than online.
