An elderly woman was filmed pouring boiling water over her pregnant teenage neighbour after the pair began rowing over a garden fence.
In footage shot by a third neighbour, 19-year old Cynthia Almonte Lira is seen arguing with neighbour Celma Prado Bustos over a garden fence in Formosa, Argentina.
The argument ends though when the 63-year old retaliated to the heated argument by pouring boiling water over the pregnant teen.
In disturbing footage filmed by a third neighbour, the teen can be seen screaming and running away, while pulling off her clothes. She was later taken to hospital where she was treated for burns.
Shockingly, Bustros later told police:
“It is my property, and I felt under threat, so I had to defend myself. I live here on my own and I’m elderly, so I have to make sure I let people know I’m not a pushover.”
Police are now investigating the incident.
