Five boys, two aged 13 and three aged 14, have been charged with raping a child under the age of 13.
The charges relate to two alleged offences involving the same person in the Calderdale area of West Yorkshire in July of last year.
Two of the youngsters, aged 13 and 14, have been charged with two counts of raping a child under the age of 13.
The other 13-year-old has been charged with one count of rape and sexual assault of a child under 13 while the other two boys, both aged 14, have been charged with one count of raping a child under 13.
According to Sky News, all five of the boys have been released on bail and are due to appear at Calderdale Youth Court on August 20th.
