Gardaí are investigating following the reported attack of a teenage girl in Kilkenny.
The girl, understood to be 17-years-old, was on a road in Johnstown, Kilkenny when the incident occurred. She is believed to have suffered minor injuries and has since been taken to hospital.
The Irish Times reports that emergency services are currently at the scene and a Garda helicopter has been deployed.
