Over one million people marched in Paris today in tribute to the 17 people killed in France this week.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny, British Prime Minister David Cameron, US Attorney General Eric Holder and French President Francois Hollande were among those taking part.
Thousands of people gathered across the world to show solidarity with the French capital.
Marches took place in Madrid, Beruit, Berlin, Tokyo, New York, Jerusalem, Ramallah and Syndey.
In Ireland, plenty of people turned out to pledge support to the people of Paris with a march held in Dublin.
