A 37-year old Boston woman got an eerie shock when her security camera caught footage of a peeping tom staring outside her bedroom window while she was in the shower.
The victim said she was aware of a peeping tom for several weeks and her boyfriend had confronted the man on one occasion. She notes that a few days later she could hear rustling in the bushes beneath her windows. She immediately called the management company of her apartment who set-up security bars, alarms and surveillance cameras.
Speaking to
Jezebel, the victim said:
"It is really concerning because the brush covering my window is so tall and thick that is takes someone with great determination and audacity to get past it."
The woman, who refused to return to her apartment until the peeping tom is caught, has now been staying with her boyfriend since police released the footage.
Boston police confirmed they arrested a 51-year old man on Tuesday morning for a similar incident, but he has since been ruled out of this case.
