Katie Taylor has continued her reign as the best female boxer in the world with a stunning victory in Baku this afternoon.
The Olympic gold-medallist overcame a tough fight against Yana Alekseevna yesterday to set up her title bout with French boxer Estelle Mosselly, being forced to dig deep to drive through to victory.
The 22-year-old, ranked third in the world, had not conceded a round in the tournament coming into the fight but it was clear from the off that the Bray woman was in full control of the ring.
A clinical, commanding and efficient performance from Taylor seen her emerge victorious in every round of the bout and she can now add yet another gold medal to her ever-growing collection.
