Ever since the sad passing of the legend that was Michael Jackson, there have been a few claims against the estate that the singer left to his children.
According to TMZ, tomorrow another claim will be made against the estate by a 31-year-old man claiming to be Jackson’s son.
Brandon Howard, son of Miki Howard who was represented by Joe Jackson, was born after Miki and Jackson met in 1982.
The website is reporting that Howard has DNA evidence that Jackson is his father which he apparently acquired from an old orthodontic device worn by Michael.
According to reports, Howard also plans to make a claim against the MJ estate after he releases the results of the DNA test.
Estate lawyer Howard Weitzman told TMZ, “We’ve never even heard from him,” adding, “Any deadline for claiming to be Michael’s child has long since passed.”
One thing is for certain, he certainly looks like Michael!
