A Kildare man has sued MCD after breaking his ankle while attending the Oxegen music festival in 2007.
Mark Ponisi claims he was watching the Kings Of Leon when his feet got stuck in the mud and he was subsequently knocked over and trampled, leaving him with a broken ankle.

However, the promoters have refuted the claims and say that Mr Ponisi "failed to exercise any adequate caution for his own safety".
A judgement on the case is expected next week.
