A teenage girl has tragically died in a car accident in Letterkenny, Donegal. Two men were also seriously injured in the two-vehicle collision. The incident occurred just before midnight on November 9th. Two cars collided on Ramelton Road in Letterkenny at around 11.55 pm. A teenage girl was pronounced dead at the scene. Gardaí confirmed she was the front passenger of one vehicle. The male drivers of both vehicles were taken to Letterkenny University Hospital. Both have been admitted to hospital with serious injuries. The road is currently closed and the services of Forensic Collision Investigators have been requested. Local diversions are also in place. Witnesses have been asked to come forward. Road users with dash-cam footage should also contact Gardaí.
