An urgent appeal has been sent out to locate a man who was last seen on Balbriggan beach in north county Dublin.
Andrew Finni was last seen on the beach on Friday, May 6th at around 7.30am at Bremore Cottages.
He was known to be last active on his phone at Seapoint Road in Balbriggan at 8.05am and it is believed he walked from there along the beach to the harbour.
He is described as being 5ft 9in in height and was last seen wearing a black tracksuit and black runners.
Friends of the man have been sharing the post on social media, saying: "Anyone on balbriggan beach on Friday 6th of may between 7:30-8AM. Anyone at Seapoint road between 8:00-8:30AM. Please contact me if you’ve seen him or have any information or cctv of those areas."
Another person has noted that there is a group who swims in the area at around 8am each morning and has asked for anyone who may have seen the man to come forward with information, and also urged friends to reach out to Irish Rail as the train passes this route each day.
