VIDEO: One Male A Capella Group Prove They Can Sing (And Shake It) Like Shakira

Forget Pitch Perfect or Glee, this a capella group just moved to the top for being aca-awesome. Out Of The Blue, an all-male group from Oxford University decided to show off their full range of vocal abilities, belting out an impressive Shakira medley. The Colombian singer has some stiff competition from the lads, who didn’t just hit the high notes, but managed to shake their hips to the singer’s infamous dancefloor tunes. The lads pulled off a rendition of three of Shakira’s greatest hits: ‘Hips Don’t Lie’, ‘Whenever, Wherever’ and the World Cup tune ‘Waka Waka’. The icing on the cake? How about the seal of approval from the muse herself, all in the form of a tweet of praise:

And it seems they don’t just have the voices of an angel – the group have released the single with all proceeds going to the Helen and Douglas House, a children’s hospice currently undergoing renovations. Nice work lads – we’re seriously impressed. Video via ootboxford
