A statement from Gardaí read: “There was a protest at Fingal County Council on Monday night and Gardaí put a security cordon around the premises.
“Four protesters breached the cordon and went inside where they blocked a revolving door.
“In the process of removing them from the building, a glass pane was broken. The lady received minor injuries to her head and was treated by an ambulance."
