Most recent updates confirm that Dublin Bus will not operate before 10am this morning.
Go-Ahead services will not run before 9am and will operate on a phased return.
The Luas will not run any Red or Green Line tram services this morning. The first tram is scheduled to operate from approximately 10am due to Storm Debi.
Irish Rail services are operating as normal, but with speed restrictions leafing to service delays.
Local Link services will not operate in counties where a red warning is in place and they advise all customers to check operator websites before travelling for the latest information on their service.
Bus Eireann services are not expected to operate before 10am, with a phased return to normal services during the morning.

Schools have also been asked to delay opening over Storm Debi by Met Éireann.
