A Texas middle school teacher gave one of her students a birthday gift he won't be forgetting any time soon.
Felicia Smith, 42, was charged with conducting an improper relationship with a student on Thursday, after she gave him a 'full contact' lap dance in front of other students at Stovall Middle School.
Court records state that Smith performed the lap dance for the birthday boy after the class “convinced her to do it.” The court reports also detail how Smith began the lap dance by rubbing her hands on the boy's body and grinding against him.
Speaking to police, she said she remembered “circling the student while he was sitting in the chair and losing her balance a few times which made the students laugh.”
Authorities said the “full contact lap dance lasted approximately 3.54 minutes.”
Smith has refused to comment whether the allegations are true but investigators have reviewed video footage of the incident.
